The Employee Portal says I'm locked out. What do I do? The Employee Portal lock operates on a timer and will unlock automatically after 30 minutes. It cannot accept temporary passwords. Please verify you are able to login to UMC Apps. If you are prompted to update your password there, please do so, and try to login to the Employee Portal again after the automatic lockout time has run out.
How do I reset my IDX/GPMS/Other Service password? IDX and GPMS are systems that do not have password self-service tools. These can be changed by calling 775-9109.

What if I'm not enrolled in Password Self-Service and I need my password reset? Please call the UMC IT Help Desk at 806-775-9109 and have your unique ID ready (employee ID, student ID, NPI depending on your position.) We can provide a temporary password and walk you through enrolling in the service.
